ICEBREAKERS
The Greater York Region Chamber’s Icebreakers are for members and/or businesses interested in becoming members. There is no admission fee. Held from 5:00 to 7:00p.m. unless otherwise noted. Please contact Carrie at 363-4422 for more information.


BUSINESS MATTERS BREAKFAST
These breakfasts are open to members and/or businesses interested in becoming members. Admission cost is $15 per person which includes a full breakfast. Reservations required. Held from 7:00 to 8:30a.m. Please contact Robin at 363-4422 for more information.

10th Annual Chamber Golf Tournament

Eliot Antique Tractor & Engine Show

July 25 – August 3, 2008  Short Sands Beach  York Beach Maine  Local Concerts, tournaments, sandcastle building, fairs and fireworks on Sunday, August 3. Celebrate Maine Festival

August 9 + 10 , 10:00am – 4:00pm  at the Raitt Farm in Eliot Maine.  This craft festival will have a focus on the uniqueness of  Maine and will bring a variety of artisans to Southern Maine to sell their wares.  Also included will be bean hole beans, games and actilvilties for families and live entertainment.  Call 207  363-4422 FMI

24th Annual Harvestfest

October 17 – 19, 2008  York Village and York Beach Maine.  10:00am -4:00pm, other venues nightly.  This Colonial Themed festival includes a variety of activities, live bands, an ox roast, bean hole beans and crafters from all over the country.  Harvestfest also includes a SeniorFest, KidsFest, Antique Car Shows, A POW-WOW, hayrides and much more.  For a full schedule andmore info call 207  363-4422.

Lighting of the Nubble

In The News...
 
Staff from the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce attended a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting for the new Bill & Bob’s store in the Fox Run Mall, Newington, NH on Friday, November 10th.  Bill & Bob’s has been a longtime staple of York Beach.  This is their first new branch of the store.
